Lodge an NCR claim with Centurion Transport

Service Delays – WA Road Closures

Multiple unplanned highway closures due to bushfires and serious incidents are causing significant delays across the WA network, with impacts expected to continue through this week and likely into next.
 
Our teams are working continuously to recover normal services; however, all customers may experience delays due to equipment and capacity constraints combined with peak festive times.
 
We thank you for your continued patience and ask that you remain flexible on delivery expectations where possible.

Priority & Standard Deliveries

Daily cut-off times will be 12.00pm from Wednesday, 24 December 2025 to Friday, 2 January 2026. 

Resuming normal business operations from Monday, 5 January 2026.

Booking Options

Collections can still be scheduled up to 7 days in advance via our Online Services Portal.

Permanent/Contracted Services

No adjustments for those with agreements already in place; for those without agreements, please contact your account manager by Friday, 5 December 2025.

Other Services

All other services will operate as normal. Please refer to the Centurion Schedule page
