Tropical Cyclone Narelle – WA update: our Carnarvon depot is closed under our Cyclone Procedure to protect our people, assets, and your freight. Our Karratha and Port Hedland depots are open and have commenced normal operations.
We are monitoring conditions closely and will update as needed. For official cyclone and road information, use the links below:
NT/SA: roads are open with slight restrictions, so some delays are still occurring.

OLS Portal Update - Tuesday 31st March 2026 3:30pm AWST
We are releasing some updates to the OLS portal that includes some additional features.
Please note, one of the changes includes an update to the OLS Label format.
Previously OLS consignment labels were generated with a fixed layout that reserves half of the page as a placeholder for third-party carrier labels.
When a third-party carrier label is not required, this space has been removed.
